The excess of free time can be a great opportunity to learn something new. Are you planning a holiday abroad in the future and would like to have at least the basics of the local language? Now you have a great opportunity to start learning. Are you fiddling with the idea of a career change and have you thought in the past that you would like to grasp the basics of graphics or other fields? There are thousands of courses on the Internet, many free.
Read the book :
Reading is generally considered very therapeutic, so taking a book (ideally some optimistic and relaxing) is one of the best things you can do for yourself. When you read a good book, time goes faster and you don’t have much time to think about coronavirus. A study by neuropsychologist David Lewis has shown that when a person reads at least 6 minutes a day, his stress level can be reduced by a dizzying 60%. It can sometimes be more effective than walking or playing video games.
